Required Information Thank you for your interest in Sea Glass Candy by Marcia ! If you would like to become a retailer for Sea Glass Candy by Marcia, the following information is required prior to shipping your first order: 1. A copy of your State Resale Certificate, or your Federal EIN, or whatever your country provides. 2.. The full name of your business, the physical address of your store, shipping address if different, the owners name, and the name of the contact person placing the orders. Also include, telephone numbers and email addresses. The location of your store and its style, is very important to me. I am looking for retailers that have locations near the coast and/or are gift shops, novelty shops, or specialty shops, and candy shops. Please mail this information to Sea Glass Candy by Marcia, P. Once your information has been received and approved I will send you a confirmation email and then you can put your Log-in ID on my website and begin shopping or if you prefer, I can do business through emailing or the telephone. Order Information I do have a minimum order of 12 bags, however, you can mix that up anyway you choose. Most of my new customer’s purchase 24 bags for their first order and will receive 8 bags of Mint, 8 bags of Captain’s Blend, and 8 bags of Fruit. This generally helps you to determine what kind of flavors or color combinations sell best in your store. The Mint bag is always Wintergreen, Spearmint, and Peppermint and the colors are always shades of teal, white, and sea foam green. The Captain’s Blend usually has 3 to 4 flavors in each bag. I would describe this bag to be of rich sometimes robust flavors, such as Butter Rum, Anise, Clove, Maple or Brandy to name a few. The colors are always shades of brown, green and white. The Fruit bag has 3 to 4 flavors per bag and are always different as well. I have over 30 flavors to choose from and I try to reflect the season or holiday if I can. For example, a summer bag may have flavors such as Lemonade, Grapefruit, Pineapple, and Watermelon and the colors combinations are always different. Each bag has the flavors listed on the back side of the tag. The Pirates Treasure is a grab bag, which could be a little bit of everything and there are not any flavors listed. A cool and dry environment is best suited for storing our candy. The Wedding Favors, usually consist of 3 flavors and 3 colors, and have to be considered a special order. Please contact me at 207-590-7053 to arrange specifications and options for your event. Payment Methods I accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express through verified Pay Pal. I also accept money orders or prepaid business checks. If paying by check, please contact me at 207-590-7053, so that I can provide you with the appropriate shipping and handling fees. There will be a 10 day hold period for the check to clear before shipping your order. There will be a $30 fee assessed for all return checks and all orders will be held until payment is rectified. I may extend credit after a business relationship has been established. Shipping I proudly use the USPS – Priority Mail to ship most of the packages, however on occasion I may use another shipping vendor. Most orders are shipped within a 10 day period of time after receipt of payment. Special delivery arrangements are available for an additional charge. I do not ship to P. O. Boxes. Shipping charges on our Pay Pal account are based on the flat rate boxes available at the USPS office. Returns All returns must be approved with in 4 days of receipt. All returns must include a copy of a confirmation email from Sea Glass Candy by Marcia, please contact orders@seaglasscandybymarcia.com, all returns must be free from damage or alterations, such as the application of a price tag on the packaging. We will not accept returned merchandise without the confirmation email, nor will we refund any shipping or handling fees. Product Discrepancies I promise to do my best to ship your orders correctly and in a timely manner. If there is an error, please notify me with in 3 days of receipt of your order, 207-590-7053. Note that colors of the candy will not always be as they appear on our website, this is a handcrafted product, therefore the shades of color are not always the same. Also, it is essential that our candy be sold and stored in a cool environment. Please contact orders@seaglasscandybymarcia.com with your concerns. Security We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure in order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure. We have put in place suitable physical and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure your information that we collect on line or through the mail. Term and Conditions Sea Glass Candy by Marcia, LLC reserves the right to make changes to its policies and procedures at anytime. Prices are subject to change without notice, however we will try to get an email out to all our retailers prior to the change.. We reserve the right to stop doing business with any retailer that may not be representing our candy properly or may have repetitive complaints. Sea Glass Candy by Marcia is not held responsible for typographical errors in literature, price lists, or on its website.
